Private sessions

  • I currently have, or have had, back pain and I want to be proactive in looking after myself.
  • I have scoliosis (curvature of the spine) and would like help in managing this condition.
  • I am hypermobile or have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and would like help to manage my pain and improve my wellbeing.
  • I have separated abdominals (Diastasis Recti) and would like help with recovery from this.
  • A chiropractor, physio, osteopath or doctor has recommended that I take up Pilates to manage my condition.
  • I need individual attention and sessions tailored to my specific needs and how I am feeling on the day.
  • I’ve tried group classes in the past but didn’t get on well and would like to try on a one to one basis.
  • I want to do pilates but am nervous of trying group classes and want to build my confidence and have the benefit of individual attention while I learn.
  • I don’t like the idea of exercising with others around and would like a supportive and encouraging environment to workout in privacy.

Duet (semi-private) sessions

  • I am looking for a fun, effective, safe, low impact workout to help me care for my back and improve strength and mobility.
  • I’ve noticed that I feel stiff and achy first thing in the morning or by the end of the day and/or am worried my posture isn’t great and want to work on these before they get worse.
  • I prefer to have sessions with a friend or family member.
  • I’ve been doing private pilates sessions for a while and feel ready to move on from them but would still like close attention and sessions tailored to me.
